Add-Ons and Details

• A rental fee will be added to your total if you request a studio. These fees vary.
• I offer complimentary in-person collection reveals. These must be scheduled ahead of time, so please specify if you would like to take advantage of this offer when you book!
• There will be a travel fee of $15 for every 30 miles traveled outside of Gadsden, AL.
• You should schedule your Session for at least 4 weeks before you need any prints sent out.
• Additional hours can be purchased at $100 per hour for Portrait Sessions.
• All photos are subject to being used for advertisement purposes by Presley Images. If you would not like your photos to be shared it is your responsibility to let us know so we can have you sign a release stating so.
• Please note that if you bring your own props, clothing items, etc. they will be reviewed at my discretion, and I reserve the right to refuse to shoot anything I see unfit to represent my brand. (Example- No Rebel/Confederate Flag.)
• Please also note that Presley Images is a female, queer-owned, business and will not tolerate homophobia of any sort, alongside racism, sexism or any other discrimination/slander against minorities. Please be mindful of this when booking.
• Any and all fees and balances paid to Presley Images WILL NOT be refunded. If you decide you want to cancel your session but have already paid a portion of your balance, you may transfer that total to future sessions. Deposits are Non-Transferrable.
• Any groups over 6 people will require a charge of $50 per person.
• We are not responsible for clients not cooperating with the photographer's suggestions before and during the shoot.
• If your deposit and contracts are not paid and signed within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.
• There will be a fee of $200 if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your appointment date. There will be a fee of $300 if you cancel or reschedule within 3 days of your appointment date.
• Your gallery will expire 7 days after it has been sent out. There will be a $25 fee to reopen expired galleries. Please be sure to download your photos during that time.
• You must have a card saved on file in order for fees to be charged if needed.
• Commercial shots are an added $100 per photo.
• Please be mindful when scheduling, and only book with me if you have a serious inquiry. As a mother and wife, my time is valuable to me. Thank you!
